A passion for cocktails became a bar
Alchýmia began behind the bar of a small venue, where we experimented with house syrups and techniques. When guests started coming back for "that drink", we knew it was time to open our own place. Today we have a team of bartenders, but the curiosity and the urge to experiment stayed the same.
The details make the difference
House syrups, fresh citrus, hand-cut ice and glasses chilled exactly right. They are small things you do not see at first, but you taste them in the glass. That is exactly where the alchemy lies — turning ordinary ingredients into an unforgettable evening.
